Uniquely designed under patent pending protection, AGT has transformed traditional greenhouses into modern, insulated, sealed, natural day lighted, cleanroom laboratories. The design was heavily influenced by pharmaceutical production where regulations require sterile environments.

The overall architectural appearance is appealing and accepted by building departments holding to strict aesthetic standards, traditional greenhouses at that level are generally rejected.

Lexan insulated panels are used exclusively for glazing and are offered in multiple colors, variable sunlight diffusion and up to 20 year warranties.

Galvanized conventional open web framing produces a clean and bright finish. Galvanizing or equal industrial coating is required due to the moisture laden climate. Conventional framing simplifies construction and supports a large labor pool of qualified workmen, especially for large scale build-outs. In contrast, the labor pool is scare for traditional greenhouse assembly, simply due to the unorthodox framing systems.

The stand-alone sealed air cavity feature is located in-between the roof and ceiling and continues down into the vertical wall cavity. Primary function of dead air space is insulation, resulting in all climate viability. Air cavity and grow room air flow is managed by proprietary oil bath fans containing a series of oil laden filters and traps to eliminate airborne contaminates. Intake air is drawn from a perforated underground pipe system, introducing natural earth air filtration, cooling and heating.

As we drop into the grow areas of the greenhouse, the floor and elevated grow platforms are topped with a reflective coating to amplify natural daylighting and have reflective light panels to direct light under the plant plume, accelerating plant growth.

Divider walls and doors separating individual growing rooms are transparent to minimize sun shading. Grow rooms are independently sealed, assuring that cross pollination does not occur.

Once the prepared cannabis product reaches a load out station, it’s transferred into trucks through the open exterior doors. After cannabis product loading, the doors are closed and a series of air exchanges take place to remove any airborne contaminates in the load out station.

In large growing operations, the use of natural daylighting is the answer to burgeoning electric bills associated with indoor growing. Over time, energy savings will equal the construction cost of a natural daylight greenhouse. Growers not employing natural daylighting will eventually find their profits being eliminated by high energy costs.

All diffusion systems are recessed in the ceiling cavity and do not interfere with lights, fire sprinkler systems or other ceiling suspended fixtures. Even during the last solar cycle in December very little shading occurs.
